Françoise
Denis, associate professor, teaches medieval, Renaissance and 17th
century literature as well as French language at all levels.
She specializes in XII-XIIIth.c Old French epics. Her research
and her latest publications integrate the medieval period with the
historical and cultural developments of the following centuries.
She is currently invovled with the SATOR, a society building an
international literary database of topoi in romances. She
has developed multimedia computer materials (poetry, fairy tales,
phonetics, activities) to teach French at all levels.
