I am involved in several projects that transpire beyond the borders of Montana and Madagascar. For example, I have been
working in Argentina since my graduate school days. Much of my work in Argentina has been focused on rocks of Triassic
age, but my most recent trip (broken arm and 8 month-old-baby in tow) was hosted by rocks of Late Cretaceous age. I have
also worked on rocks of Late Triassic/Early Jurassic age in Zimababwe. There is still much work to be done in the Limpopo
Valley of southern Zimabawe, and it is likely that I will return (politics willing) in the near future with my collaborator/wife
Kristina Curry Rogers. I am also a continuing member of the Taphonomy Working Group of the Paleobiology Database
(
