DIY Skillshare!! Don't like the media? Then go out and make some of your own! In this session, you will have the chance to learn how to make your own 'zines, stencils, and even how to start a radio station.

What is Indymedia? Where did it come from? How do I use it? How can I get involved? All of these questions will be answered during this brief presentation.
4:00-5:30 Make-Your-Own-Conference
This is your time to table (Weyerhaeuser Boardroom) and network with other mediamakers in your format or community, making connections and building solidarity to strengthen the movement. You may also set up your own workshop or panel during this time if you feel that the organizers of the conference have left out an important topic.

5:30-7:30 Media Justice Plenary Panel (Weyerhaeuser Chapel)
This panel will focus on the movement and concept of Media Justice and the importance of self-representation for marginalized communities. Participants include Amalia Anderson (Main Street Project), Winfred Payne (Alternatives USA), Farheen Hakim (community activists and former GP Mpls. mayoral candidate), and Rachel Raimos (scholar, educator, and activist).
