ACTIVITY CLASSES - sponsored by WHAM
Sign-up and registration begins November 2, 2009. The 6-week series of classes have a registration fee of $15 for students and $20 for faculty and staff. Please register and pay at the Health and Wellness Center.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:05 - 12:45 pm, November 10 - December 15, 2009. Resistance training that provides a total body strength workout and elevates the heart rate. Because this class meets twice per week, the fee is $25 for students and $35 for faculty and staff.

Wednesdays, 12:05 - 12:50 pm, November 11 - December 16, 2009. This class offers aerobic exercise based on the rhythms of samba, merengue, cha cha, and other Latin dances.

- Mondays, 12:05 - 12:50 pm, November 9 - December 14, 2009. Pilates is a series of controlled movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, control, and balance.
Instructor: Kristine Spangard
- Mondays, 4:45 - 6:00 pm, November 9 - December 14, 2009. This is a lyengar class that is designed to create a union of mind and body. The class incorporates breathing practices, postures, and meditation.
