Circuit Training

Instructor Steve Murray will lead a 12-session class during Spring 2009. This class incorporates a fast tempo with resistance training to provide a total body strength workout that elevates the heart rate  and helps burn a few extra calories. Participants should wear fitness attire.

Tuesdays and Thursday, March 31 - May 7, 2009
