The meditation
course is a 7-session series that focuses on strengthening the mind
for higher learning and academic success. This course allows students
to explore and evolve the mind, body, and spirit through meditation,
discussion, seeking inner truth and personal experiences. The course instructor is Lisa Lillemoen.
You can attend all the classes in the series or drop by for one class.
