Pilates

Instructor Kristine Spangard will lead two series of 6-week classes during Fall 2008.

September 8 - October 13, 2008 (first series)
Mondays, noon - 1:00 pm - Leonard Center Studio 1.

Participants should wear comfortable (not baggy) clothing and bring a mat if you have one.

Registration

Students: $15 - pay at Winton Health Services
Faculty/Staff: $20 - SPO Lisa Broek, Health Services, check payble to Macalester College
