Instructor Joy Laine will lead a series of 6-week classes during Spring 2009.

     Mondays 4:45 - 6:00 pm
     March 30 - May 4 , 2009 (second series)
     $15 for students, $20 for faculty/staff
     Kagin Ballroom

Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in and bring a blanket or towel.  Bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
