Physical Activity Classes and Events

Ongoing Physical Activity Classes

Open to students only. Register for free physical activity classes that focus on the mind and body connection.  The six-week classes begin during the week of April 1, 2013 and end during the week of May 6, 2013.

Registration opens on March 26, 2013.  Email to register. Space is limited. You will receive a confirming email with class location if you are enrolled in the class. 

Barre - meets once per week
Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Juggling - meets once per week
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Instructor: Christopher Alston 

Step Aerobics - meets twice per week
Mondays, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. and Fridays, 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Instructor: Liza Kundas 

Yoga for Fitness - meets once per week
Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Instructor: Stephanie Vilendrer

Zumba - meets twice per week
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Instructor: Lauren Edmundson

There are also several classes that are offered during the noon hour through WHAM's programs. Click here for class description. These six-week classes have a $15 registration fee. You can register, beginning March 26th, at Health and Wellness Center for the belly dance class.
