Julie Lucking, a MAX Center staff member, is an experienced “quit coach” who was trained at the Mayo Clinic. As a previous smoker, Julie can relate to many of the fears and anxiety people experience when preparing to quit. She can offer you empathy along with crucial tips and support that will guide you towards success in quitting.
