The High Winds Fund |

Residential Property The High Winds Fund owns a few residential properties in the neighborhood as well as managing the rental program of houses owned by Macalester College. Along with renting our space to Faculty and Staff, we provide two Walk to Work programs for Employees of the College to encourage them to buy houses in the neighborhood. To that end, we encourage neighbors to let us know of houses for rent or purchase close to the campus. We would love to post a notice in our Faculty/Staff newsletter on your behalf. If you are thinking of purchasing a home, we encourage you to look in the neighborhood. Excellent listing resources are through the St. Paul Pioneer Press and the Star Tribune.
