Where do I go to look for a job?
- You can look at the department
list that has traditionally hired summer staff.
What is the process?
- Start at HR to get all of your employment
paperwork completed.

- After you get your employment papers completed,
get an Employee Status Form from HR.
- Inquire with the department that you want to
work in if there is a position.
- If you receive the position, submit your
Employee Status Form to the hiring supervisor.
What do I do if I want to work more
than one job?
- After you have one job, come back to HR to get
another Employee Status Form.
What do I do if I have an F1-OPT
status?
- Talk to HR before you accept a position.
When do I submit my time cards?

to be submitted?
- We ask that all status forms be submitted to HR
by April 21, 2006. This is to
insure that there is enough time to communicate summer employee list to
other departments such as mailing services and telecommunications.
