3.8 Orientation for New EmployeesOrientation is an important part of becoming familiar with your job and Macalester College. Your supervisor is primarily responsible for your orientation. Assistance will come from the Staff Handbook, fellow employees, the Human Resources Department Benefits Orientation and new staff orientation meetings.
