Q:
How do I transfer my VHS tape to DVD?
A:
This is a two step process. Step one is to play the video and "record"
it into the computer using iMovie. Once you have done this, you
can edit the video, add titles, slides and audio if you wish.
Once
you have something you like, you start the iDVD software and burn
your DVD. You must use DVD-R discs for this. The first
copy will take up to three times the length of your video but
subsequent
copies take only about 15 minutes each. More information on iMovie
is available here and iDVD, here.

Q:
How do I print in color?
A:
Open your document
as usual, select print from the File menu and select the color printer
from the list at the top of the print window, then you must release the document at the release station before it will print. Please do not use
the color printer if you do not have to.
