There are phone instructions on the Moodle site and some important numbers on the curve of the counter below the phone.

When you transfer a call, you have to push the transfer button once before you dial the extension and again after to effect the transfer. If you forget this, the caller remains on hold.

Please keep the x6336 number for HRC business only. Please answer this phone with "Humanities Resource Center" for all calls. You may make short (~3-5 minute) personal calls on 6085. If a customer needs help, I expect you to stop talking immediately and help them. If someone needs to use a phone, have them use the 6085 phone.
