International Roundtable

The International Roundtable is a community-wide intellectual forum that explores crucial global issues. The Roundtable includes prominent international scholars who are commissioned to write a paper that is presented at the forum and is subsequently published in the Macalester International Journal.

The 2012 theme is "Feeding the World: Globalization, Food, and Agriculture in the 21st Century." It is scheduled for October 11–12, 2012.

The Civic Forum provides the Macalester community an opportunity to explore the “big” normative issues related to civic life, leadership and engagement in early 21st century America.
