About UsThe Internship Program is responsible for overseeing and supervising all internships undertaken by students. We also offer a myriad of opportunities to find an internship, develop a good resume, improve writing and interviewing skills, as well as provide counseling and assistance to those in need of it. We are part of the Liberal Colleges Career Network (MacLACN) which includes 25 other liberal arts colleges across the country. Through MacLACN we are able to provide to our students the combined resources of all participating colleges, including their internship databases. A large number of the students undertake an internship during their four years at Macalester. We offer our students more than 10,000 opportunities throughout the 50 U.S. states and the rest of the world.
