ITS provides voice services including campus landlines, voice mail, and voice conferencing. Telephone service and voice mail are provided for faculty and staff, with some individuals sharing a phone.

Upon the student's request, a residence hall room may be set up with a voice landline, telephone, or voice mail account at no additional cost with local calling service. Resident halls and houses also have telephones in common areas with local calling service.
