The poster is done and I'm ready to print. What next?

  • Open the document and look it over, especially if you didn't create it on the computer from which you are printing. If it looks funny (fonts are weird, layout is slightly off) you may want to try printing from the same type of computer as the poster was created on (i.e. Mac OS X or WinXP).
  • Check that the paper in the printer is the kind you want to print on.
  • Make sure the printer is installed on your computer.
  • Set the paper size in the printer settings. Specify any other options.
  • Preview it. If it looks OK, click Print.
