Calendaring Software

Calendaring software allows you to share your calendar and allow others to easily schedule appointments and meetings with you. It is very configurable and you can choose to make meetings public or private.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar, part of the Google Apps for Education suite, is our current calendar solution. The client is web-based, so no additional software is needed. You can access Google Calendar from your email account.

Mobile Device Synchronization

You can synchronize some mobile devices, such as the Blackberry, with Google Calendar. Handheld device synchronization is only supported for faculty and staff.
