Setting an Automatic Vacation/Away Message
Log in to Macalester Google e-mail and follow the instructions below.
If you will be unable to check your Macalester e-mail account and wish to give notice to those who e-mail you, set up a vacation/away message.
- Click on the Settings link in the upper right corner
- Type your vacation information in the Subject and Message fields
As you type, the selected radio button will move to the "Vacation responder on" radio button.
- Click the Save Changes button
Note: No expiration date field is available. You will have to turn it off when you return.
