Emerging Leaders Program

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), a workshop series established in 2004, is directed to first and second year students who aspire to develop their knowledge of and skills in the complex phenomenon of leadership. Students may self-select or be nominated to participate. The 2007 ELP will consist of six 90 minute workshops beginning in September and continuing throughout the fall semester. Karlyn Wegmann, Program Coordinator for Leadership & Community Development, will facilitate the 2007 program. The program offers a comfortable forum for students to recognize and develop leadership potential in themselves as well as in others.
