STAFFING & SUPPORT
The Library Computer Lab's student employees are trained to
provide technical assistance to lab users. They can offer help
with basic software issues and can offer helpful suggestions
for resolving basic hardware issues when working on computers

The library staff at the public service desks are also available
to provide support on equipment and software available in the
library. The Reference and Circulation Desks are located on
the main level of the library. The Systems Librarian office
is located on the west end of the computer lab. Staff at the
reference desk are also available to provide assistance by phone.
