WORKSHOP SESSIONS

Day Two: Friday, May 30, 2008

Day two will include a variety of workshop-style sessions that allow for more detailed coverage of the library technology topics and many of the selected projects highlighted on day one.

These sessions will give participants a chance to get the nitty-gritty of how the implementing library set up their 
projects, the time-commitment and skills involved, and the tools that were needed. 

Current session topics being planned include:

• usability testing of library web resources
• digital gaming in libraries
• designing multi-media content for libraries
• creating and managing local digital collections
• use of open source software in libraries
• next-generation web interface tools
