SUBMIT
A POSTER SESSION PROPOSAL

TYPES OF PROGRAMS BEING
SOUGHT:
PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for submitting
Traditional, Workshop and Panel Discussion sessions has passed.
Traditional Session - 60-minute lecture-style presentation highlighting a technology resource or service. (closed)
Workshop Session - 90 minute session offering participants a hands-on experience working with a technology or learning details of a service. (closed)
Group / Panel Discussion - 90-minute group discussion involving a variety of presenters focusing on single topic or specific technology-based service or innovation; should also include an opportunity for audience discussion. (closed)
Poster Session - posters and handouts describing and explaining a technology resource or service offered in a library.
PRESENTER COMPENSATION:
Presenters who participate in a presentation or poster session will be given full conference registration at no cost.
PRESENTATION RESOURCES AVAILABLE:
Internet and projection capabilities will be available in all presentation spaces. The following resources will also be available upon request: laptops (PC or Mac) for use during presentation; projection equipment for transparencies. poster board will also be made available for poster session participants. An attempt will be made to meet other needs as requested.
SESSION
HANDOUTS:
Presenters are responsible for their own handouts. In effort to keep the conference as 'green' as possible, we ask that presenters only bring paper handouts that are absolutely necessary. All presenters should provide presentation materials to be made available to conference participants no later than Monday, March 16th. Submission in PDF or PowerPoint format preferred, or as a link to your own site should be sent to joslin@macalester.edu.
