TIME LENGTH OF PRESENTATIONS

Concurrent Session Moderator (day one) initial 10-15 minute topic overview, introduce the demo presentations assigned to session and then facilitate 20 minute discussion at session. end.

Demonstration Presentation (day one) 10-15 minutes brief overview of specific technology-based service or innovation

Workshop-style Presentation (day two) 75-150 minutes in length (depending on time block) focusing on single topic or specific technology-based service or innovation.

PRESENTATION RESOURCES AVAILABLE
Internet and projection capabilities will be available. Laptops available for use during presentationn upon request. Projection for transparencies WILL NOT be available. If you have additional needs, please contact joslin@macalester.edu.

SESSION HANDOUTS
Presenters are respomsible for their own handouts. In effort to keep conference as 'green' as possible, we ask that presenters only bring handouts that are absolutely necessary.

PRESENTATIONS ON WEB
All presenters should provide presentation materials to be made available on conference web site. Submit in PowerPoint, or PDF format, or as a link to your own site no later than May 26th. Send attachments to joslin@macalester.edu.
