I have read the guidelines for single copying for teachers and multiple copying for classroom use as defined in the copyright law. I have also read the prohibitions to single copying for teachers and multiple copying for classroom use as defined in the copyright law.

I understand that copies of material placed on Reserve must conform to these guidelines, and that:

1. Reserve/Moodle copies must be made for noncommercial, nonprofit educational purposes.
2. Reserve/Moodle copies must meet the standards of brevity and spontaneity.
3. The copyrighted work must not be a consumable work.
4. The reproduction must not be likely to have a significant adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
5. I must include a notice of copyright on each copy.
6. In cases of doubt I must obtain from the publisher permission to duplicate, and I must make note of such permission on the copy.

I will take responsibility for following these copyright restrictions when requesting that copies be placed on Reserve/Moodle.
