Exporting Records From: LION (Chadwyck/Proquest)

Single Record:

• With the full record on the screen, click on Download citations.
• Click on Export directly to RefWorks.
• If you are not already logged into RefWorks you will be prompted to login. Your record should appear in the Last Imported Folder.

Multiple Records:

• Put a checkmark in the box next to the records you want to export. Click on MARKED LIST, at the top of the database screen, to view your marked records. Note: The records will be divided by type (e.g. Poetry, Drama, Criticism, etc.). You can only export one type at a time, although you can export multiple records at once within a type.
• Click on the record types you want to export (e.g. Criticism), so that the list of marked records for that type appears on the screen.
• Click on Download citations.
• Click on Export directly to RefWorks.
• If you are not already logged into RefWorks you will be prompted to login. Your records should appear in the Last Imported Folder.
