  • On the screen that appears, click on Print/Save.

  • Login to RefWorks.
  • Choose References/Import from the toolbar.
  • Select Macalester College as the Import Filter/Data Source and MNCAT (U of MN) (Full) [Ex Libris ALEPH] as the Database.
  • Paste the text directly into the “Import data from the following text” box on the Import screen in RefWorks. Click on Import.
  • Your records should appear in the Last Imported Folder.

  • Paste the text into a text editor program such as Notepad.
  • Save the document as a text file (*.txt)
  • Login to RefWorks.
  • Choose References/Import from the toolbar.
  • Select Macalester College as the Import Filter/Data Source and MNCAT (U of MN) (Full) [Ex Libris ALEPH] as the Database.
  • Under "Import data from the following text file", use the Browse button to find the text file you saved to your computer. Click the Import button.
  • Your records should appear in the Last Imported Folder.
