Exporting Records From: PROLA (Physical Review Online Archive)

You can only export a single record at a time.

• Click on the title of the record you are interested in to bring the full record to the screen.
• Next to the Full Text options you will see a drop-down box called “Article options”. Select to Download citation(s) in: RefWorks. Click on Go.
• A new window will pop up with the article information presented in a RefWorks tagged format. Copy the article information.
• Login to RefWorks
• Choose References/Import from the toolbar.
• Select Macalester College as the Import Filter/Data Source and RefWorks Tagged Format as the Database.
• Paste the copied text into the “Import Data from the Following Text” box. Click on the Import button.
• Your record should appear in the Last Imported Folder.
