Reserve & E-Reserve Collections

Access all Reserve materials through the CLICnet Catalog. The library provides access to traditional print reserve readings, as well as online access to E-reserves. E-reserves allows you to access some reserve materials 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, from any networked terminal on campus and remote. This format supplements the traditional library reserves collection; you may still come to the library for many reserve materials.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE - WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS

The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If electronic transmission of reserve material is used for purposes other than those specified, or is in excess of what constitutes "fair use", that user may be liable for copyright infringement.

This institution maintains the right to refuse to accept material for course reserves if, in our judgement, placing the material on reserve would violate copyright law.
