Contestants may submit up to three photos that they have taken while away from Macalester. Each one must correspond to one of the following categories: People, Environment, or Culture. The deadline for submission is March 30th at midnight.

All entries will be displayed Entries will be displayed in the Campus Center Gallery Space next to the Atrium Market, from April 16th-23th.

A reception and judging will take place in the Campus Center Gallery Space on April 16th. There will be one winner from each of the three categories, voted on by reception attendees. Desserts will be provided. Participants are invited and encouraged to bring their friends.

You may also chose to submit your image simultaneously to Macalester Views, a new online collection of photographs taken by the Macalester community who are engaged in study or work around the globe.

Title: Give your image a brief title.

Country: Enter the country where the photo was taken.

Geographic location: Enter any known names of cities, neighborhoods, or streets etc.

Date photographed: Use the format YYYY-MM-DD. To show that a date is approximate, follow it with a question mark.

Description: Describe what is depicted in the image and include how it relates to the category.
