I once asked Dave," How can you write about a pure genius?" He didn't know what to say! Then I thought I could write about myself…I'm a genius. What I mean by a genius is I am an exceptional person in the mind. Genius is all in the mind like some people think they are cute, I think that I am a genius.

If you're wondering who I am, I'm Adrianee Powell, and I attend Highland Park Senior High. I am 17 years old and I consider myself to be a woman, a strong, independent, black woman. Not only am I a genius, and a strong black woman but also I am a candidate for the captain of the cheerleading squad at my school. I love to read and I like to listen to neo-soul artists such as India.Arie, Common, and Musiq and others. I have 2 sisters and one brother and I live in a family where everyone is loving and supporting. I have been on the B honor roll a couple a times but that's just small beans. What I really want to do is be a pediatrician and help all those sick, beautiful babies that inhabit this planet called Earth. These colleges are so lucky that I am considering them. These institutions will help me get to the top to reach my magnificent goals. Ahhh, its great to be me.
