BOTH DAYS (Thurs and Fri) - $45 early registration for staff from MN IUG member libraries
BOTH DAYS (Thurs and Fri) - $55 early registration fee for staff from non-member libraries.

THURSDAY ONLY - $25 early registration for staff from MN IUG member libraries
THURSDAY ONLY - $30 early registration fee for staff from non-member libraries.
FRIDAY ONLY - $25 early registration for staff from MN IUG member libraries
FRIDAY ONLY - $30 early registration fee for staff from non-member libraries.

$25 regular registration for staff from MN IUG member libraries
$40 regular registration fee for staff from non-member libraries.

Registration fee covers conference sessions / materials, lunch and breaks.

SESSION PREFERENCES:
A wide variety of concurrent sessions are being planned for the 2003 Fall Conference.  Below you will find a listing of the sessions that have already been scheduled.  Additional sessions are also in the works and may be added.  Please indicate the FOUR top sessions that you plan to attend. We understand that your preferences may change, but getting a rough idea of the numbers who will possibly be attending each session will be helpful in planning.

Smoked Turkey with Swiss Cheese on White Vienna bread
Spinach Salad Sandwich - Baby Spinach, Carrots, Onions, Mushrooms and Tomatoes with Mozarella on Wild Rice Bread w/ Greek Salad Dressing
Pastrami and Hot Pepper Cheese on Rye bread


Each lunch comes with sandwich and pickle, pasta salad, chips, soda/water and a cookie or brownie.

Please also include a printed copy of the confirmation email which you received with your payment.  If one check is being sent by a library to cover the registration fee for multiple attendees, please include a note listing these individuals.

If your library's MN IUG annual membership fee is also being included on the same check, please make sure that this is clearly indicated. Also please include a completed membership form with payment.

A receipt for payment will be available the day of the conference.
