A wide variety of sessions are being planned for the 2004 Fall Conference. Below you will find a listing of the sessions that have already been scheduled. Additional sessions are also in the works and may be added. MAIN CONFERENCE CONCURRENT SESSIONS- (to be completed only by those attending the Thursday sessions) Please indicate the program that you plan to attend during each concurrent session. We understand that your preferences may change, but getting a rough idea of the numbers who will possibly be attending each session will be helpful in planning. Thursday Main Conference (THURSDAY) Soup, Salad & Sandwich Buffet - no selection needed Post-Conference Participants ONLY (FRIDAY) Please select your lunch preference from the options below: Smoked Turkey with Swiss Cheese on White Vienna bread Spinach Salad Sandwich (baby spinach, carrots, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes w/mozarella cheese and Greek salad dressing on Wild Rice Bread) Pastrami and Hot Pepper Cheese on Rye bread Each lunch comes with sandwich and pickle, pasta salad, chips, soda/water and a cookie or brownie.
