Steering Committee Minutes

July 31, 2003

Members present: :  Kathy Blough (St. Olaf), Ron Joslin (Macalester), Mike McClellan
(Minneapolis Public), Lois Perkins (Carleton), Paddy Satzer (St. Thomas Law)

The entire meeting focused around the fall conference.  Items discussed and agreed on:

           
Meeting rooms:  Ron has reserved all available spaces in Olin/Rice and also the theatre in
the Janice Wallace Fine Arts Building.  We can cancel rooms if not needed.

           
Lunch: order from the same deli as last year.  Confirm and order by October 17.       
Bank account: Kathy will set up soon.
Free gift:  Ron gave URL for vendor.  We will most likely get pens or flashlights.
Registration:  Membership reminder, August 15
