Mac FaceAIDS gala was held on Saturday, November 3, in the Lowe Commons of the Janet Wallace Fine Arts Building. There were hors d’oeuvres and mingling followed by silent auction and speaker. The speaker of the night, Dr. Jacob Gayle, shared his experience working with HIV/AIDS internationally with organizations such as the CDC, UNAIDS, The Ford Foundation and USAID. It was requested that attendees wear red semi-formal attire.
