Poster Session

The Student Research Poster Session will be held on Saturday, Oct 11th, 2008 from 9:30-11:30 in the Smail Gallery in the Olin/Rice Science Building. This is an opportunity for students to showcase their summer research and experiential learning.

Making A Poster

It is important that you talk with your faculty mentor about your poster several weeks in advance of the poster session. A poster should include the following components:

• Title/author
• An abstract
• An introduction
• Materials and methods
• Data and results
• Discussion
• Summary
• Literature cited
