In 2005, Ben Garnett '07 of Laramie, Wyoming interned in the Washington, DC Office of Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo. As an intern, Garnett gained insight into the daily workings of a Senate press office. Some of his responsibilities included writing press releases, compiling news stories, and attending committee hearings. Garnett plans to use his experience in the nation's capitol as a starting point for a career in either business or public policy. |
