Disorder (ADHD) in 1994 but many people still refer to it as Attention Defifict

-It is still known as hyperkinetic disorder, outside of the United States.
- ADD/ADHD is characterized by impulsive behaviors, hyperactivity, distractibility, and the inability to focus on a task for a prolonged period.
