FOOD!!!

An interesting fact: Corn consumption, which experimentally decreases brain serotonin, has been reported to correlate with homocide rates! (Piacente 1986) It has been reported that in countries whose corn consumption is above the median the homicide rate is significantly higher than in countries where it is below the median.

Not only that, but junk food really is bad for you! Particularly in youth, disturbed behaviors such as violent aggression are believed to depend on disordered and innappropriate food intake. This leads to insufficient intake of tryptophan (among other things such as the excessive intake of excitatory neurotoxins found in food additives...) which ultimately leads to the impairment of the brain's serotinergic control and inhibitory control.
