Well, this is it. My web page. Or, really, one of my web pages. See, this is the home page I made for my Behavioral Neuroscience course here at Macalester College. I also have several other web pages, which I encourage you to check out (see links below). Most of them have to do with Batman in his various forms (I'm obsessed with Batman), but they have graphics, reviews of at least five Batman movies, and lots of links.

If you are at this page in order to read my journal entries, there is something you should know right off of the bat. I absolutely despise journal entries! Whether it's for a high school literature class, an internship, or this class, I just can never think of anything to write. It's not that I don't think anything about the class or experience, it's just that the thoughts are sometimes pretty random and unorganized and I can't deal with writing something like that down, especially if lots of people have the potential of seeing those thoughts. But anyway, enough complaining. Now I'll get to the good stuff--links and journal entries.

First, since the reason you followed all of the links to get to this page was probably to read my class journal entries, here are your entry choices (updated weekly):

            Background Info.

Mellon Ballers and Other Kitchen Utensils.

            Now That's A Knife!

            Neuroanatomy

            Shapes and Olfaction

            Clinical Neuroanatomy...Made Ridiculously Simple?

            Star Gazing

            Bats

            Practice Makes Perfect--We Hope

            Paranoia

And now for the rest of my links, organized by category.

          Some of my other pages:

April's Nifty Homepage--My main homepage, this one has a little info. about me, some Garfield images, several links, and a short rant on Batman-related issues.

The Batman--My main Batman page. It has commentary on five Batman movies (with other movies soon to come) and the '60s series as well as lots of links to other Batman sites on the web and sites for selected (read "good") actors in Batman movies.

Batman Images--Several well-chosen Batman images, with more to come (as soon as I can get to a working scanner, that is.) The quality of some of the pictures (pixel-wise and all) isn't terrific, but the choice of photos is! (although I may be biased....)

          Neuro links:

The Whole Brain Atlas--Brain pathology, MRI scans, anatomy, virtual tours, and more.

Mass General Hospital--A good site for clinical neurology.

Good list of Neuro sites on the net--Includes the Digital Anatomist (a very good program; I used the laser disk version in Neuroanatomy and it helped a lot) and a virtual brain tour.
