USBank located at 1071 Grand Avenue - 612.US-BANKS - www.usbank.com has an Express Checking Account. No minimum balance and no monthly fee AS LONG as you do all of your banking through the ATM, over the phone or through their online banking. There is a limit of 8 checks per month ($.50 charge for checks written in excess of 8 per month). You also have the option to apply for a Free ATM and Checkcard.
