My ‘Remember When’ stories:
· Mexican Caravan 1957
· Singing Schonberg and Stravinsky

I taught Kindergarten two years in Denver and married Bill. We had four children and now have eight grandchildren that keep me laughing, happy and active.

My best volunteer jobs:

  • Leader Great Books discussion in children's schools
  • Scouts (Boy and Girl)
  • Listen Foundation (speech and hearing for the deaf)

What I loved doing most:

  • Bill and I traveled extensively and enjoyed the chance to just be together.
  • Theatre, concerts, opera and skiing were also "together favorites." It has been 11 years since Bill died — I'm grateful for our time together.
Favorite recent trip:
  • My whole family — four kids and spouses, eight grandchildren, sisters, brother-in-law and niece — all went to Italy for the Winter Olympics as my nephew was skating in them!
