History of Russian Studies at Macalester

 

 

	Central Asia Symposium - In February 2004, the Russian Studies and International Studies programs hosted a symposium on Central Asia to help demystify the region and raise awareness of the the issues in the region with global implications.
	Finding Common Ground on the Black Sea - In 1998, Macalester College was awarded a grant from the Trust for Mutual Understanding to send a team of 25 archaeologists, scholars, and specialists to participate in research activities in Chersonesus, Ukraine, as part of the Black Sea Project.
