If Dara were a drink, she would be milk. "Ummm ... yeah." Dara most likely spent last summer in a myriad of Irish pubs, drinking her liver rotten with her red-haired boyfriend who may or may not be a Trad (and definitely doesn't arrange music for Scotch Tape, ever). Dara likes Psychology, baking, eating, organizing her calendar, listening to The October Project and eating Thai peanut curry and popcorn with soy sauce and nutritional yeast. (That's weird.) She had a childhood full of fun and plastic jelly shoes which inspired to work with kids this summer. Her dad, Denzil Showers, is one of Scotch Tape's most loyal fans. Dara and Denzil both hail from Beloit, Wisconsin. Dara wants a rice cooker. Quote: "I'm
a bump ... in the middle of a prairie." Scotch Tape Solos: Stacy's Mom (Fall 2003); You Can't Hurry Love (Spring 2004); Come on Eileen (Fall 2004); Son of a Preacher Man (Fall 2005)
