Numerous telephones easily accessible
throughout campus building and public areas to assist you in contacting
Macalester Safety and Security or the St. Paul Police Department..
The campus Security Office maintains telephone contact with the St.
Paul Police Department, Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services
via campus telephones or a cellular telephone. Patrolling security
officers also maintain two-way radio contact with the Safety and
Security Office or the main Facilities Management Office so assistance and
support from these departments can be obtained immediately.
The Security Office emergency telephone number, (651) 696-6555 from
off-campus or 6555 from on-campus, is labeled on all campus telephones,
is clearly listed
in the campus telephone directory and is included in the department's
printed
publications.
