at practice concert photos New Orleans on the weekend!
For Spring Break 2005 we requested funds from the school
government to take a trip down to New Orleans to get some good practice
and performance opportunities, listen to some great music, and otherwise
enjoy ourselves. However, what we didn't know was that because of school
policy we weren't allowed to transport ourselves (aka drive) that far
due to liabilities, and we didn't have enough money to fly which left us
with...the greyhound experience. 35 hours each way.
After some interesting experiences on the bus (guys trying to pick up
Emma, Alicia getting woken up by someone stroking her leg...) we made
it down there with half of our luggage (because apparently, it's hard
to keep luggage with passengers). But we did make it safely, and we did
get our luggage eventually. And we did have a really good time!

some great performance opportunities! And to James Hardy and Emile
Stieffel for our awesome Royal Street experience!
