We want to bring to your attention an important policy that affects the release of diplomas and transcripts. Macalester College policy requires that all graduating seniors’ student accounts be paid in full. Graduates who have a balance due may participate in commencement ceremonies but will not be allowed to receive their diploma or transcripts until the financial obligation to the college has been met.
If the April 16th eBill shows a balance due, please make your payment immediately to guarantee that you will receive your diploma at commencement.
You may make an online payment with your checking/savings account (no fee) or credit card (2.75% fee), send in a check to the Student Accounts Office, or pay in person with cash or check. You must make payment in full by April 15, 2013 to guarantee that you will receive your diploma at commencement.
