Coordinated by International Studies – speakers include Dr. Robert Costanza, Dr. Elizabeth Economy and Dr. Shawn Miller. Families are welcome to attend.
2:30 – 4:30 Global Tea and Markim Hall tours
Tour Macalester’s home of the new Institute for Global Citizenship and learn about what it took for this building to gain LEED Platinum status.
3:30 – 5:30 Student Research Poster Sessions coordinated by the Science and Research Office Browse the posters, enjoy refreshments, and converse with the research students and faculty.
4:30 – 5:30 Faculty Lecture - The Essence of Performance

6:00 - 6:30 Theatre Presentation: Masks/Viewpoints One of four opportunities are scheduled throughout the weekend. This workshop introduces participants to the basic elements of neutral and expressive mask techniques, combined with ENSEMBLE creation elements inspired by the general guidelines of the Viewpoints techniques.
6:30 – 7:30 Open Shabbat Dinner Join the Macalester Jewish Organizaiotn for a Shabbat service and dinner. Families and all members of the Macalester community are welcome.
